This program is broken down into 3 Elements

1. H.I.I.T Training: Battle Ropes, Calistitics, Free Weights, Drills, and Core Work. 

2. Striking: You will learn the art of 8 limbs (Muay Thai) Most effective stand-up martial art in the world. 

3. Self-Defense: We will teach you the fundamentals of self-defense which will come from Krav Maga.

This program will be a ton of fun, great workout and you will learn effective ways to protect yourself in case of an attack.
